Community Room Rental
Our community room is available to community groups and organizations seeking a private, clean and well lit space. Seating capacity of the room with tables is 25, without tables up to 35. There is a $10/hour rental fee. Nonprofit groups receive a $10 food and drink credit per meeting. Please note: we do not have AV equipment on site. Outside food and drink is not permitted, but any food and drink purchased at Cafe Wren can be brought into the room. Exceptions may be made for celebratory desserts. Please contact us to inquire.
Reservations are taken up to three months in advanced. The Community Room is not available the week prior to Memorial Weekend due to our Garden Art Sale and the week of Thanksgiving and the first week of December because of our Holiday Art Sale.
The community room is available weekdays 8am-5pm and weekends 8am-4pm. After hour rental times are available upon request for an additional fee. We cannot guarantee this space for monthly meetings or long-term rentals.
