The Common Room is a large beautiful private space adjacent to Cafe Wren. The space is well lit, clean and perfect for a wide variety of uses. Seating capacity is 25 with tables, without tables up to 35. Reservation of the room is required, as well as full payment at least one week prior to the use. The following guidelines should answer most of your questions about the room.

– 2 movable partition walls.
– Gallery hanging system for artwork.
– Access to bathroom inside Cafe Wren.
– Ability to purchase or pre-order food and drinks from Cafe Wren.
Availability & Rental Fees
The Common Room is available to rent from 7:15AM – 5:00PM weekdays and 8:00AM – 4:00PM weekends for 1-hour blocks for a flat fee of $10/hour. Availability of the common room is dependent on the Cafe’s event calendar.
The room may be booked a date up to two months in advance. Users may only rent the room one time per month to allow access to others. Regular weekly meetings can not be scheduled or accommodated, due to availability.
Food & Beverages
Food and drink are permitted, provided that they are purchased at Cafe Wren. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Please inquire about special catering needs.
Common Room attendees are requested to park in the overflow lot located behind Cafe Wren. This lot is accessible from 260th Avenue and is adjacent to the Gandy Dancer State Trail. A short walk up the hill via the Cafe’s pollinator path will bring you to the main entrance.
* The overflow lot is not handicapped accessible. Visitors requiring handicapped parking should use the designated area in the Cafe’s main parking lot.
Cancellations made at least one week in advance will get a full refund. Please call Stephanie at the Cafe in the event you need to cancel.
